　　Please accept our appreciation for your assistance in making cooperation between Kazakhstan and China as always.
　　Taking this opportunity I am glad to request a dialog with China’s large transportation companies and operators of logistics hubs.
Tsesna Corporation plans to develop 200 hectares (2 000 000 m2) in Aktau Free Economic Zone (FEZ). Aktau is the biggest seaport of Kazakhstan at the Caspian Sea. The FEZ was established by Government to develop transportation and logistics infrastructure of the region. Please see the attachment.
We also study a project of establishment logistics facilities at border station of Kazakhstan with China named Dostyk-Alashankou which connects two railway systems.
By operating the Industrial & Transport Logistics Center in Aktau as well as a base in Dostyk-Alashankou we can have a synergy effect and effectiveness in logistics.
These are big projects and we are looking for partners for joint implementation.
Chinese companies especially from Western China can use Aktau Center and Dostyk-Alashankou Base to increase transportation to Middle East, Caucasus and further to Turkey and Europe.
The projects are just have been started and potential companies from China can take a share in the projects by making researches, attracting finances as well as long-term contracting warehousing services and spaces within the Aktau Center and Dostyk-Alashankou Base.
I would like to request your recommendation on relevant companies of China who are interested to cooperate with Tsesna in the projects above.
